We use high quality fresh ingredients sourced from local and sustainable farming such as Larry Schultz Organic Farm, Bushel Boy Farms, Castle Rock Organic Farms, Organic Valley, Fischer Farms, Hooper’s Ranch and Ferndale Farms. Our dairy, eggs, tomato sauce and ginger are organic while our meats are humanely raised without hormones or antibiotics.
